Q. I am allergic to nickel, can I wear your jewelry?
A. It depends. Aluminum, sterling silver, titanium, and niobium are all nickel free. I can make you jewelry using any of these metals with a deposit. Clasp choices will also be limited.
Q. Why are your products so expensive?
A. I put many hours into learning new weaves and designing new and creative jewelry. It takes time and skill to do so. I also have bills to pay and supplies to replace.
Policies:
Returns and exchanges are accepted you MUST
1. Contact me within 3 days of delivery
2.Ship items back within 7 days of delivery.
If you have any problems with your order please contact me.
Unless a custom order arrives damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for them.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
